Where is the showroom located?

Do you offer delivery in Quebec?
Delivery is available in Quebec, subject to certain remote or unserved areas. Applicable terms and fees, including any surcharge to be confirmed, depend on the order and destination.
How long does a custom piece take?
The timeline for a custom project is confirmed according to the project and the choices approved before fabrication.
What if my project requires a full interior design mandate?
We can connect you with Lord Atelier Design, a design firm with which we have a privileged collaboration. Maison Matera remains involved in the selection, sourcing and coordination of furniture and the elements that compose your space.
Can I return an item?
Items from the selection are subject to our refund policy, linked at the bottom of the site. Custom pieces are subject to the terms applicable to personalized orders.
