Returns
All returns or exchanges must be authorized in writing by Maison Matera before an item is returned.
Special orders and custom-made items cannot be returned.
Authorized returns may be subject to supplier restocking fees (generally 15–20%) and a 5% administration fee.
Visible damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
